Payment methods

All payments on eSIMFly are made exclusively by bank card (credit or debit). Other payment methods such as bank transfers, PayPal, cash, or any alternative methods are not accepted.

By entering your card details and completing the purchase process, you declare that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used or that you have the express authorization of the cardholder.

Purchase process

The purchase process on eSIMFly is fully online and consists of the following steps: product selection, entering the required information, order confirmation, and payment by card.

Before completing the payment, the user must verify that all entered information is correct, including the selected product, device compatibility, and service conditions.

Once the payment is completed, the service is activated immediately or within a short period of time and is considered fulfilled for legal purposes. For this reason, the user acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the service has started.

eSIMFly is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the user during the purchase process, nor for purchases made without verifying compatibility or service conditions.

Charge authorization

By completing a purchase, you expressly authorize eSIMFly to charge the provided card for the full amount of the selected service.

In the case of subscription services, you also authorize recurring automatic charges for the periods indicated during the purchase process, until the subscription is properly canceled.

Recurring payments and subscriptions

If the contracted service includes a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each period, and the corresponding charge will be applied to the registered card.

It is the user's responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue the service. Cancellation must be carried out through the available channels. Failure to use the service does not imply automatic cancellation.

Security and verification

eSIMFly reserves the right to reject or block any transaction if suspicious activity, potential fraud, or unauthorized use of the payment method is detected.

We may also request additional identity verification before processing or completing an order.

Refunds and returns

If you wish to request a refund, you must first review our Refund and Returns Policy, where the applicable conditions, requirements, and procedures are detailed.

Any request will be evaluated in accordance with that policy and the nature of the contracted service. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval of the refund.

Disputes and claims

By making a payment, the user agrees to contact eSIMFly first to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a dispute or claim with their bank.

The initiation of unjustified or fraudulent disputes may result in service suspension, account termination, and, where applicable, legal action.

Currency and additional charges

Prices may be displayed in different currencies. The card issuer may apply currency conversion fees or other additional charges, over which eSIMFly has no control or responsibility.
